ESBC to celebrate Men’s Health Week by offering ‘World Cup’ Sixes Football Tournament

East Staffordshire Borough Council are set to celebrate National Men’s Health Week by offering local men the opportunity to take part in the ‘Shobnall World Cup Sixes’  tournament on Friday 13th June at Shobnall Leisure Complex.

The tournament, which will see local teams go head to head with the winning and runner up teams collecting some great prizes.

As part of the Healthy Borough Initiative East Staffordshire Borough Council are encouraging local residents, clubs and businesses to join in the tournament and help raise awareness of men’s health.across the Borough

Registration is now open for the tournament, which costs just £15.00 per team and will be played from 7.00-9.00pm.

All teams will also have the opportunity to join the ‘Shobnall Sixes Summer League’ which will see football continue for further six weeks every Monday evening between 7.00-9.00pm.
