As the redevelopment of Uttoxeter Leisure Centre continues to gather pace, local residents are being given the opportunity to have their say on the possible renaming of the town’s leisure facility, in readiness for its reopening in early 2015.
The consultation which will run until Friday 30th May 2014, will give local residents, schools and stakeholders the opportunity to either vote in favour or oppose a possible name change. Those who vote in favour of a new name change can suggest new alternatives.
All votes and suggested names will be collected and a decision will be announced in June 2014.
The survey is now available online at http://www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk/Services/UttoxeterLeisureCentre, by visiting the Uttoxeter Leisure Centre Facebook page, or in person by visiting the Uttoxeter Leisure Centre site office.
Local schools, stakeholders and customers on Uttoxeter Leisure Centres email database, will be contacted directly with copies of the survey.
