Press Release   •   Sep 26, 2014 10:17 BST

Cannonball Records runs fairs in the Staffordshire and Shropshire area and on Sunday 5th October they will be hosting a record fair at the Burton Market Hall.

With dealers from across the UK there are thousands of bargains and collectables from music to suit almost every taste.  With around 30,000 records in one place their events are the perfect environment for crate-digging and discovering that prized album you have been searching for.

As well as buying, the record fair is the ideal place to sell your unwanted vinyl. They buy collections and individual items from all genres including rock, pop, jazz, soul, classical, folk, blues, music memorabilia and much more.

Councillor Robert Hardwick, Deputy Leader for Cultural Services commented: “I am thrilled that we are hosting a record fair at the Market Hall. It has been a few years since one was held in the town and it’s great that it is being held at the Market Hall. This is the first of many themed fairs and market days planned for the Market Hall. In the coming months we will also be hosting an antiques and vintage fair and we also have events planned for Halloween and Christmas.”

Cannonball Records will also value records at the fair or you can contact them through their website For more information please contact Dave on 07704

The Record Fair will be open from 10.00am to 3.30pm on Sunday 5th October.
