Event Date: 05/09/2012 The Vermont Hotel, Newcastle upon Tyne NCFE is hosting a free information and training event for our Functional Skills qualifications. This event is aimed at curriculum managers, programme leaders and tutors within colleges and training providers who are delivering or considering to deliver one or more of the NCFE Functional Skills qualifications in English, Mathematics and ICT. Suitable for those delivering as part of an Apprenticeship or other learning programme, this half day event will help you develop the best possible approach to your Functional Skills delivery. What will you get out of the day? This is a practical event designed to equip you and your team with the knowledge and tools to help you deliver NCFE's Functional Skills qualifications successfully. We will share information on preparation and contextualising to different sectors, student activities, delivery and evidence gathering. There will be an opportunity to share ideas with colleagues and discuss any questions you have on the qualifications and their content. This will also be a perfect chance to find out about the range of support we have available, as well as a fantastic CPD opportunity.
