Oslo Airport, Gardermoen
We are halfway through our building project and would like to invite the press for an exclusive site visit, including a visit to the airport control tower. Mark down Thursday 27th of February in your calendar! The expansion of Oslo Airport is one of the largest land-based development projects in Norway. The new airport will have a capacity of 28 million passengers a year. The new North Pier and Central Building West are scheduled for completion in 2017 and the project is now halfway through. On Thursday 27th of February, we would like to invite the press for a presentation of the project and a tour of the building pit at the North Pier and Central Building West. We will also visit the control tower balcony where there will be an opportunity to take good overview photographs and videos of the airport. Programme 09.30 hrs. – Doors open to the Radisson Park Inn conference room at Gardermoen. 10.00 hrs. – Project presentation by Managing Director Nic Nilsen and T2 Director Thorgeir Landevaag 10.40 hrs. – Distribution of visitor passes and departure for the Main Gate. 11.00 hrs. – Bus departs from the Main Gate to the building pit at the North Pier. Guided tour and information by Nilsen and Landevaag. 11.15 hrs. – Departure from the North Pier to Central Building West. 11.20 hrs. – Arrival Central Building West 11.30 hrs. – Departure for the Tower 11.45 hrs. – One-to-one interviews at the Tower balcony 12.00 hrs. – End of visit Please provide your full name, date of birth, name of your employer, title, e-mail address and telephone number by noon 26 February to give us enough time to prepare the visitor passes.
