An NHS Organisation based in the South East of England is currently looking for an Associate Director of Inpatient Services for an initial period of 3 months.

The ideal candidate will have worked within Inpatient Services previously and it would be advantageous to have additional skills in Adults and Older Adults Mental Health.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside another AD within the organisation and reporting to the Trust Director for MH and LD;
• Working both operationally and in a project management capacity to assist with 2 x services transferring to another facility and the closure of one facility.

A successful candidate will have:

• A strong operational background and proven project management experience.

Rates will be dependent on experience within the above and in accordance to the level of this role.
