Our featured job of the week is for a large healthcare organisation who are currently looking to appoint an experienced General Manager for Community Services for up to 6 months.

The ideal candidate with have:

• Knowledge of the NHS Health and social care system / understands the operational challenges of providing adult services / understands the complexity of funding these services
• Experience of running multi million pound budgets
• Experience of MDT (Multi-disciplinary Teams), Community Hospitals etc
• Worked at a Snr Management level with strong leadership skills and understand the complexity of leading clinicians
• Strategic thinker – understand cause and effect of changes in the NHS climate
