Care UK has been delivering health and social care services throughout the UK for more than 30 years. Their ethos is to enable people to live healthier, more independent and more fulfilling lives. The experts at Care UK work across more types of care service than any other organisation in the UK. But they have one thing in common: a commitment to providing every patient, resident and service user with the highest standard of care and the very best service.

Care UK’s ten modern and comfortable NHS treatment centres offer a range of diagnostic services plus inpatient and day services for patients who need surgical treatment. The centres use the latest technology and are staffed by friendly, professional teams. They cover a variety of specialty areas, including orthopaedics, endoscopy, urology, gynaecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery and general surgery. Most centres also offer diagnostic imaging, such as MRI, CT and ultrasound scans.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to be appointed as Hospital Director for Care UK’s NEL Treatment Centre, Ilford, Essex & Will Adams Treatment Centre in Gillingham, Kent. Your senior level operational experience will lend itself to enhancing the patient experience through leading and delivering an efficient, responsive patient centered service whilst ensuring commercial viability and efficiency at all times.

As leader of the local senior management teams and a key member of the divisional leadership team you will be expected to provide exceptional leadership, driving innovative service improvements in response to patient demand and ensuring your operational teams continue to provide a quality range of services. At the same time, your contribution to the divisional leadership team will demonstrate a full commitment to the principles, philosophies and objectives of the secondary care team.

You will demonstrate a track record of performance driven operational management experience gained either from within the NHS or private sector, with the ability to influence at all levels and across professional groups. A focus on improving systems for high quality patient care whilst identifying efficiencies is essential.

If you believe you have the experience and drive to take on this exciting challenge, then we would be delighted to hear from you. To register you interest in this post, or to submit your application via CV and Covering Letter email: permrec@finegreen.co.uk
