Finegreen named Best Small to Medium Sized Business at the 2015 Best Business Awards!

We were delighted to once again be awarded the Best Small to Medium Sized Business accolade at the 2015 Best Business Awards this week, which is our third successful year in this category.

The BBAs pride themselves on having a large panel of over 20 independent expert judges who select winners according to strict criteria for each category and sector.

Commenting on the award to Finegreen Associates, in the Best Small to Medium Sized Business category, the Chairman of the Judges said: “Despite operating in a difficult market that is under severe financial pressure, healthcare recruitment consultancy Finegreen Associates has seen extraordinary growth. Most of its business comes from the NHS but by understanding its customers needs, offering value for money and building long-term relationships with clients, Finegreen has achieved a significant annual increase in placements, seen turnover go up by leaps and bounds, and increased staffing levels. To future-proof the business, it has also diversified into providing executive leadership training. Led by a strong management team, Finegreen is in good shape for a healthy future.”

Upon receiving the Award, which comes hot off the heels from being named Top Recruitment Company at the Talk of Manchester Business Awards, Finegreen Chief Executive Neil Fineberg said: “To win this prestigious award for a third year running is absolutely fantastic.
