Press release -

USE YOUR TICKS ON H66 - FINEGREEN at NHS Confed this week.

Have your say about the challenges and changes confronting today’s NHS – against the background of the Francis Report and appointment of new Chief executive Simon Stevens.

That’s the invitation being made to delegates attending Finegreen's stand (H66) at this year’s NHS Confederation Conference, in the form of a comprehensive survey covering burning health issues of the day.

Respondents will be asked their opinions - on a confidential basis – on issues ranging from the employment of more clinicians and private sector personnel in managerial positions to the impact of budget cuts and ‘top-down’ reorganisations.

Other topics tackled by the survey include views on improved cooperation between trusts and councils over local health and care services - and the role of buddying and mentoring schemes in improving performance , as well as whether ‘failing trusts’ really can up their game by learning from ‘outstanding leadership teams’ considered to be beacons of best practice.

Announcing the survey, Finegreen Associate’s Chief Executive, Neil Fineberg, commented: “So many people seem to be having their say about the shape the NHS should take, we thought the NHS Confederation conference presented an ideal opportunity to hear from the people who are working hard every day to improve standards for patients.”

He added: “The survey covers a range of hot issues in the wake of Francis and handover from Nicholson to Stevens , and will canvass views of delegates on a confidential basis, though the overall headline findings will be made public so that they can feed into the debate currently ranging on the future of the NHS.”

More information will be available at the Finegreen Associates conference stand (H66) – where there will also be information about career and job opportunities available via one of the fastest-growing, award-winning recruitment consultancies in the country - including the launch of the new FinegreenExecutive service for top board-level and executive positions.

Finegreen Associates is a young, dynamic specialist recruitment consultancy – focusing on permanent, interim and fixed-term contract management and executive roles in both public and private sectors.

We’ve won a fair number of awards since starting in 2005 – and have been listed in the Sunday Times Fast Track Top 100 businesses – but what really keeps us going at Finegreen is the positive detailed feedback we get from our customers and candidates on a regular basis.

It is this attention to the detailed needs of the people we work for which has underpinned  Finegreen’s growth and success over the past eight years – a  success story which has bucked the challenging economic trends over that period.

Part of this attention to detail includes offering teams of specialist consultants, each expert in areas reflecting our clients’ and candidates’ fields of interest – whether this is budgets or buildings.

It’s a way of working which has seen us collect awards such as Best Small to Medium Business in the 2013 Best Business Awards, as well as Recruiter of the Year in this year’s Health Investor Awards – while our Chief Executive Neil Fineberg has also been nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year.
