Oumph! x 3 at Wayne's Coffee

Now there are more vegan options to choose from at Wayne's Coffee. Already today, you can power up your lunch with a fresh and filling Pulled Oumph!, lentil and sweet potato salad. Later in August, a new vegan wrap and bagel will also be launched.

– For us, having many great options to choose from is important, whether you are looking for the ultimate coffee or a quick and hearty lunch. A clear trend right now is that many choose to eat vegan at lunchtime. So, we have developed some new tasty dishes that are equally fitting for vegans and for those who want to eat greener on a daily basis, says Daniel Nordström, Product Manager at Wayne's Coffee.

The three new dishes are completely plant- and Pulled Oumph!-based:

Oumph! salad: Pulled Oumph!, lentil salad, sweet potato hummus, pea shoots, salad and pointed cabbage mix and mustard vinaigrette.

Oumph! wrap: Beetroot tortilla filled with Pulled Oumph!, lentil salad, sweet potato hummus, pea shoots, romaine lettuce, pointed cabbage and mustard vinaigrette.

Oumph! bagel: A bagel with Pulled Oumph!, guacamole, crunchy salad, tomato and red onion.

– Our friends at Wayne's Coffee have long recognised that the world's resources are finite and have acted accordingly. The fact that Sweden's only KRAV-certified café chain is raising the bar further in terms of awesome plant-based alternatives is impressive, says Henrik Åkerman, Marketing Manager at Food for Progress, the company behind Oumph!.

The Oumph! salad already features on the menu at a price of SEK 98. It is part of Wayne's Coffee's “Everyday Lunch” campaign, in which several new tasty salads are launched. Between 11:00 and 14:00 the price of the salads includes coffee and bread.

The wrap and bagel will be launched later in August at a price of SEK 62 and 72 respectively. Note that the range may differ between the cafés.

Oumph! is food of plant origin, made of soybeans. Find out more about Oumph here and find out more about Wayne's Coffee here.
