Appeal for mobile phone footage following public order incident in Portsmouth

We are asking anyone who was at the Mountbatten Centre in Portsmouth on Saturday (23 March) who has mobile phone footage of, or witnessed, a public order incident at about 9.50pm to contact us.

A 46-year-old man was treated for cuts and bruises following a dispute between two groups of people.
