imagineear creates CFO position and appoints new CFO

imagineear Ltd, a leading producer of multimedia content and delivery devices for cultural experiences including museums and exhibitions, has recently appointed Nathan Elstub to join the team in London as CFO. Nathan will be responsible for investor relations, financial management, information provision and strategic support to the growth of the business.

Andrew Nugée, CEO said "imagineear has brought together a wealth of creative and technical talent over the last couple of years and we have created a product platform that has enabled us radically to change the cultural experience market. I am delighted to welcome Nathan to the team. He is joining us to ensure that the company has the right capabilities to develop our strategic focus, deliver fantastic product and services to our clients and keep pace with the rapid growth that we are driving through the business."

As well as being an engineer and chartered accountant, Nathan has wide ranging experience working with growing companies as a director of a leading private equity fund, where he supported a wide range of businesses to achieve rapid and sustainable growth as a non-executive director.
