Roquette is to highlight the versatility of its plant-based solutions by showcasing a selection of exciting new food concepts at Health Ingredients Europe.
Visitors to the forthcoming expo in Frankfurt will be invited to the company’s new “CREATILICIOUS BAR” at Booth D24, Hall 3. There they will taste a menu of delicious new food concepts specially created by the company’s food application experts and see first-hand how they address the need for healthier lifestyles.
The exciting ideas on show will include:
- A delicious protein pancake: Easy to prepare, this concept combines multiple sources of protein – especially NUTRALYS® pea protein – that contributes to muscle mass maintenance.
