Having worked in the area for over 25 years, Debby Blow is an expert on the Hackney market. Here she offers her thoughts on how the market is doing right now.

"Things are very much in process of slowing down compared with the property boom we have seen across all parts of Hackney that we cover.

"It is clear that London Fields, Victoria Park and most of Dalston are now very established with mass regeneration over the last few years in place.

"When clients ask where I feel still has growth to come my answer is Lower Clapton and Homerton where mass changes have taken place in terms of transport, schools. The area is still in process of regeneration and still offering a lore more accommodation for the price compared with other parts of the borough."
