Thursday, March 7th: Max Value: How to Triple Your Agency's Size.
Max Value: How to triple your agency's size is a tightly focused morning conference for owners and leaders of agencies. The conference follows from the sold out Max Value: How to achieve the maximum exit price events in 2017 and 2018.
Hosted by superstar motivational coach and speaker Judymay Murphy, this important event focuses on the methodology for delivering very fast growth – 40-70% year on year – which doubles or triples revenue over a two year period. The processes are straightforward to understand and are designed to build coherence in your senior team. The speakers will discuss their methods, processes and outcomes, sharing how each strategic element works in practice so you can use it yourself. You will come away with an understanding of industry-leading methodologies, and with three powerhouse speakers you'll learn more about:
- How to build towards maximum exit value
- Agency leadership fundamentals
- Strategy Map development and building team buy-in
- The Execution Roadmap and how to use it to triple revenue
There is an extremely limited number of tickets available and the audience will be 80% agency leaders and owners with a small number of additional guest places. You will be able to network with your fellow agency leaders during the break and after the panel session.
Finally we're back at 12 hay Hill with design guru Stephen Bayley:
Tuesday March 12th: Come & Meet Stephen Bayley
Come along to 12 Hay Hill on Tuesday 12th March at 18:30 when we will be welcoming the one and only Stephen Bayley to the Fourth Floor as he reads to us from his new book ‘How to Steal Fire’. Once described as the “second most intelligent man in Britain”, this is both debatable and possibly untrue, but he was certainly the person for whom the term “design guru” was coined, a title he accepted with what he likes to think of as self-deprecating irony.
He taught at the University of Kent before being plucked from the tedium of provincial academe to create The Boilerhouse Project in the V&A, an exhibition space devoted to design which became London’s most successful gallery of the eighties.
Then, with Sir Terence Conran, he created London’s influential Design Museum and following that he was briefly and hilariously Creative Director of The Millennium Dome, before a spectacular falling-out with Peter Mandelson which he wrote about in his book, Labour Camp (1998). Over the past forty years, his writing has changed the popular perception of “design”.
At this event, Stephen will be cracking the code to creativity for us all, as he guides us on reclaiming ourselves and how to better use our thoughts in a way that allows us to unlock our full creative potential.
We have secured a limited number of guest tickets available from the 12 Hay Hill events team with the events team on firstname.lastname@example.org and mentioning Like Minds.
