Press Release   •   Feb 14, 2013 05:30 GMT

London Midland technician Craig Gundy is celebrating after scooping the company's 2012 Ambassador Award.

The awards, now in its second year, recognise the outstanding contribution made to the business by London Midland employees. Craig's efforts in dealing with an incident last year saw him voted the overall winner by the Ambassador Award panel.

The ceremony, held on Thursday 31 January, also saw a number of other awards handed out to crown what was a fantastic event.

London Midland Managing Director, Patrick Verwer, said, “I was delighted to announce Craig as our overall Ambassador Award winner and would like to congratulate him on such a fantastic achievement. Craig was voted the winner in a secret ballot of the Executive team and the Ambassador Award Panel.”

Well done to all the winners.
