Longbridge people are being encouraged to get involved with local railway station this weekend.
A presentation on how local people can become involved with transforming the station through community representation, planting, growing and more has been organised by Longbridge Railway Station Friends group.
The presentation will be given by the Friends of Coseley Station between 11.30am and 1pm on Saturday (18 February 2017) at the LPAP SPACE, College Street, Longbridge.
The Coseley community group will talk about how they have together transformed their own station and other community spaces to support social change and improve their area. The event is being hosted by Longbridge Public Art Project (LPAP)
I you can’t make the talk, you can still drop into LPAP for coffee and cake anytime between 1pm and 3pm to find out more about schemes local and national.
