White Heron Dares to Be Different With New British Framboise Raspberry Liqueur

We’re delighted to announce that White Heron Drinks is augmenting its selection of artisan liqueurs with the launch of a unique British Framboise Raspberry Liqueur.

The younger sibling of the award-winning British Cassis, the new Framboise is available now and made with the finest Herefordshire raspberries and classic winemaking techniques in order to acquire the full spectrum of flavours from the fruit.

Once the raspberry juice has fermented naturally with champagne yeast, it is blended with a little vodka to fortify and sweeten, in order to accentuate the rich, zesty flavours before bottling.

Fresh and fruity, the British Framboise Raspberry Liqueur provides the perfect balance of sweet and sharp and is available in a sleek 500ml bottle (15% ABV).

A great addition to champagne or your favourite fizz, the British Framboise has a vibrant colour and is a great base for a wide range of drinks and cocktails.

To support the launch and drive trial in the ON-trade, White Heron has rolled out a selection of scintillating signature serves including a Sweet Delight – a take on the famous Clover Club Cocktail Recipe, a Framboise Basil Smash and a Framboise Spritz.

The British Framboise is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians and can be used to great effect in a selection of low alcohol serves and drinks.

White Heron Drinks Founder Jo Hilditch said:

“This has been a few years in development so we’re really excited to now bring British Framboise to the market and can’t wait to see the reaction from the mixologists, the wider on-trade and consumers. The essence of our raspberries, grown in the fields of Herefordshire, is perfectly captured in this liqueur offering a new dimension to a wide range of drinks, serves and cocktails.”
