Detectives investigating shots fired at a house in Kirkby in February have arrested and charged a man in connection with the offence.
At around 8.30pm on Friday 22 February, officers were called to Carlis Road in Southdene, Kirkby to reports of loud bangs.
Nobody was in the property but damage was found to the house consistent with a shooting, and bullets were located in the road.
Following enquiries and a warrant carried out yesterday (Tuesday 2 April), 31-year-old Leroy Malone from Orlando Close, Noctorum, Wirral was arrested and has now been charged with possession of ammunition.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Knowsley Adult Remand Court in Derby Square today, Wednesday 3 March.
