Man arrested following shooting in Laird Street, Birkenhead

One man has been arrested, following a shooting in Laird Street Birkenhead yesterday (Wednesday, 17 April), in which a 24-year-old man was injured.

An 18-year-old man from Upton has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. He has been taken to a police station on Merseyside, where he will be questioned.
