Appeal after 16-year-old boy stabbed in Bow

Detectives from Tower Hamlets are appealing for information after a 16-year-old-boy was stabbed in Bow.

Police were called at around 18:05hrs on Sunday, 1 April, to a male stabbed in the area of St Leonard's Street, E3.

Officers administered first aid prior to the arrival of London Ambulance Service (LAS).

The teenage boy was taken by the LAS to an east London hospital where he remains in a stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.

Four teenagers have been charged with GBH in connection with this incident.

Officers from Tower Hamlets CID are investigating.
