Appeal after man stabbed in Feltham

Detectives in Hounslow are appealing for information after a man was stabbed.

Officers in Feltham Police Station were alerted by someone shouting outside the front of the station in Hanworth Road at about 03:00hrs on Friday, 18 August.

Officers went outside and found a 36-year-old man suffering from stab injuries.

London Ambulance Service attended and took the victim to a west London hospital, where his injuries were not found to be life threatening.

It is believed the victim was stabbed in Florence Road.

Officers supported by the Dog Unit attended and searched the area.

A 24-year-old man was arrested at an address in the Feltham area on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent.

He was taken to a west London police station where he has been bailed to date in mid September.

Enquiries continue, but at this stage it is believed the parties were known to each other.
