Appeal after shooting in Sidcup

Police are appealing for information and witnesses after a man was injured following a shooting in Sidcup, Bexley.

Officers were called at approximately 22:30hrs on Monday, 21 November to reports of a man having been shot in Oakley Drive, SE9.

London Ambulance Service also attended.

A 17-year-old male was found to have a gun shot injury to the chest.

He was taken to hospital for treatment - his injuries are not considered to be life threatening at this time.

There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
