Appeal after Xmas gifts stolen from hospital

Officers in Wandsworth Borough are appealing for information following the theft of Christmas gifts at St Georges Hospital.

Police received a report of a burglary at St George's Hospital, Blackshaw Road at 1126hrs, today, Wednesday, 23 December.

Presents bought for nurses were taken from a room at the nurses' station. These included gift vouchers, champagne and chocolates.

The theft is believed to have taken place between 18:00hrs on 22 December and 07:15hrs this morning, 23 December.

There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
