Police are appealing for information following a serious collision in Westminster on Thursday, 25 July.
At around 08:21hrs, police were called to Constitution Hill, SW1A to reports of a car in collision with a female pedestrian.
The woman, aged 18, was taken to a central London hospital where she remains in a potentially life changing condition. Her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
The driver of the car remained at the scene and assisted police with enquiries. No arrests have been made.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or the events leading up to it and are particularly keen for anyone with dashcam footage to get in touch.
