Appeal for information after two suffer stab wounds in Lewisham

Police in Lewisham are appealing for information and witnesses after a fight resulted in two people suffering stab wounds.

Police were called to Bugsby Way, SE10 at 1833hrs on Saturday, 17 August following reports of three males fighting.

Officers, LAS and London Air Ambulance attended and found two males aged in their twenties injured.

The first man [A] was taken to hospital for the treatment of stab injuries. His condition, although initially serious, is now not life threatening. He remains in hospital.

The second man [B] was taken to hospital for treatment of a stab injury. His condition was not life threatening.

Both males were arrested on suspicion of affray.

[B] is currently in custody at a south London police station.

Enquiries continue to trace [C] the third suspect.
