Police are appealing for help to identify a man who was caught on CCTV throwing a bottle at a moving car.
The incident happened at around 07:25hrs on 24 August on the Northern Perimeter Road near to Heathrow Airport.
A man, travelling in the front passenger seat of a car, threw a plastic bottle at another car. The windscreen of the victim’s car, which was a mincab, was partially damaged, requiring the windscreen to be replaced. Nobody was injured.
The driver of the car from which the bottle was thrown has been traced. He is a man, aged in his 20s, but he claims not to recall the identity of the passenger. The vehicle was on loan to him from a garage in Surrey and, as such, is not sought by police.
The suspect is a white man, aged in his 20s, who had dark hair and a beard at the time of the incident. He may have connections to the Bedfont area.
