Man charged with attempted GBH, drugs, knife and driving offences

A man has been charged with the attempted grievous bodily harm (GBH) of two police officers.

Nyuol Bol, 22 (15.08.97) of no fixed address, was arrested at the scene and was subsequently charged on Thursday, 13 February with attempted GBH (x2); possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (x2); possession with intent to supply Class B drugs; possession of a pointed and bladed article; and dangerous driving. 

He is remanded in custody to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates Court on Friday, 14 February.

The charges relate to an incident at 20:34hrs on Wednesday, 12 February at Cowley Mill Road in Uxbridge where officers attempting to speak with the driver of a stationary car were struck by the vehicle. 

The officers' injuries were not life-threatening.
