MITIE secures contract with Crawley Borough Council

MITIE has been awarded a contract with Crawley Borough Council to deliver reactive maintenance and void refurbishments to half of their 8,153 housing stock. This 10-year contract starts in April 2010 with an estimated value of £3 million per annum. From April 2012, the contract will be extended to cover planned and cyclical works, adding a further £8.4 million per annum for the remaining term.
