At Mondelēz International we have an ambition to be the world’s leading global snacks business by creating the fuel to grow and reinvest in our people and brands. As part of this, we’ve created Mondelēz International Business Services, a new global business service organisation which will simplify how we work, enhance our competiveness and build scale and new capabilities.
We are delighted that Bournville, the home of Cadbury, has been chosen as the centre for employee services across Mondelez in Europe. The new Centre joins our existing Mondelēz International Employee Service network of offices in San Jose, Costa Rica and Manila, Philippines.
Gail Axon, Employee service centre Lead comments: “We are excited about the opening of the Employee Service Centre. We’ve built a dedicated team on-site of Mondelez employees who bring strong functional expertise, diverse language capability and country understanding, so we can ensure we offer a service that will work for all countries involved. The new Centre offers a contemporary way of working and operating, as colleagues will be able to get access to HR information in a much easier and simpler way.”
