Adam Vincenzini spoke to us about how Costa Coffee is using Mynewsdesk to help evolve their digital communications.
Adam says Costa Coffee had a very traditional PR setup, and they were somewhat cynical about how digital communications could benefit them.
“Mynewsdesk enabled Costa to bridge the gap between the way they used to do things and the way they currently do things. It was a really important stepping stone to them maturing as a digitally active brand, and it has given them the confidence that these tools work.”
Adam explains that their newsroom helped drive traffic: “58% of traffic that goes to costa.co.uk is as a result of the content from Mynewsdesk.”
In the interview Adam also talks about how Costa Coffee is engaging bloggers and influencers.
