Press Release  •  Mar 26, 2012 10:08 BST

With an ever-growing presence in both the UK and the rest of the world, Mynewsdesk is happy to announce their presence at the Social Media World Forum Europe, taking place in London on March 27-28. Mynewdesk won’t only be on hand to discuss and present their smarter platform for PR and brand engagement, but Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Bean will also serve as one of the panellists on the panel on Social media engagement measurement and metrics. He is one of four panellists, the other three being Allister Frost, Head of Digital Marketing Strategy at Microsoft, Reggie Bredford, CEO Vitrue as well as Patrick Salyer, CEO Gigya.

“I’m happy to be one of four distinguished panellists discussing issues that are interesting not only to me but, I believe, to a great many people in the business we’re in”, says Jonathan.

The panel will discuss levels of engagement and how to achieve them, the difference between true engagement and followers/fans and how to translate these into sales, measurements and metrics as well as how you can prove your social media ROI, and justify social spend to the board.

The Social media engagement measurement and metrics panel is scheduled for Tuesday 27th of March at 11.30 am.
