Neopost, European leader in mailroom equipment and logistics systems has supplied an IMW-20 document management system to Paula Rosa-Manhattan, a major manufacturer of fitted kitchens. The company wanted to move from paper based supplier invoices and statements to a paperless solution system for scanning, circulating, and archiving documents electronically”.
Paula Rosa-Manhattan’s IT department looked at a number of alternative suppliers but selected Neopost’s IMW-20 system, a highly affordable system suitable for small to medium size businesses. Packed with the latest technology for fast document processing and archiving, users can typically start working with the IMW-20 ‘out of the box’ in just one hour.
As well as scanning new supplier finance documents, the IMW-20 system will be used to archive existing paper files with the potential of saving the company over 100 square yards of floor space. With improvements in productivity and time savings, Paula Rosa-Manhattan anticipates a rapid return on investment for its IMW-20 system.
Max Caunhye, Head of Finance for Paula Rosa-Manhattan commented, “This is a £63 million per annum enterprise with 120 active suppliers. Managing that supply chain more efficiently with a paperless solution will save valuable management time and improve efficiency in the accounts department by speeding up the whole process. We will also be able to save costly floor space at a time when the merged company is growing fast. So the system has meets our requirements in all the significant areas.”Read the full case study here.
