Neopost Limited Solutions now available to Welsh Organisations via new Public Sector framework agreement

Neopost Limited, the UK’s leading provider of communication solutions, today announced that, following a competitive tendering process, a number of its solutions are now available to public sector organisations in Wales, via the new public sector framework agreement.

This new NPS-CSC-0023-15framework agreement, which is managed by the National Procurement Service (NPS), ensures that public sector organisations have easy access to best-in-class, yet affordable postal goods and services. It is estimated that some £50 million of services will be procured under the framework across its duration. Neopost Limited was successful awarded a place on the two lots for which it tendered; a process that was fully compliant with Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) procurement guidelines.

The two lots via which Neopost Limited solutions are now available are:

Lot 5 – Mail Room Equipment

Lot 7 – Offsite Digital Inbound Mail

Neopost’s range of mail room and digital inbound solutions will be available via the framework agreement for an initial period of three years, with the option to extend for a further 12 months. Member organisations across the public sector in Wales, named in the OJEU, are now fully entitled to utilise the new framework agreement in order to streamline what can be lengthy procurement processes as well as to realise cashable savings. In addition, an inherent component of the framework agreement is to promote the adoption of innovative solutions. Neopost’s solutions have been accepted onto the framework as they have been recognised for both boosting efficiencies and transforming the way organisations operate, whether they are using traditional postal communications, new digital channels, or a combination of both.

“Neopost has a long and successful heritage of delivering affordable yet innovative communications solutions to public sector bodies to help them work smarter but keep within their budgets,” said Paul Goodbrand, Director Public Sector Strategy at Neopost Limited. “We are delighted to have secured a place this new framework agreement, which gives Welsh organisations quick and easy access to our portfolio of traditional mail, digital and multi-channel communications, all backed up with the highest possible level of support, innovation and delivery.”

This latest contract provides further endorsement of Neopost Limited’s position as one of the leading vendors to the public sector across the UK. With a unique history of serving Central Government and the wider public sector for more than 18 years, the Company is well placed to serve organisations and to enable platforms for greater efficiencies, in turn protecting the public purse.
