Latest version of OMS-500 improves cost control and usability

The updated Output Management Software (OMS) tool includes significant enhancements to usability and integration with existing IT environments.
The OMS-500 is a browser-based software solution that centralises and automates the management, preparation and distribution of multi-channel customer communications. Invoices, marketing materials and other business documents can be tailored to meet individual customer requirements and then sent using their preferred method of contact, whether that is by physical post, email, web form or fax. The update enriches both the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to further simplify the management of communication processes; reducing the opportunity for manual intervention and human error, while increasing strategy effectiveness and cost control. Additionally, the updated version expands the library of supported print drivers, enabling the solution to seamlessly integrate with a wider variety of existing IT set-ups.

Through the use of advanced barcodes, organisations are able to separate physical mail by preference, for example, by number of pages or postcode, and items to the same individual will be grouped, reducing postage expenditure.
