04 NOVEMBER 2013: Independent research shows that customers in the United Kingdom
rate Neopost as a leader in the most important elements of customer experience
for mail room solutions.
The findings have been validated in a new white paper by Analysys Mason, a global telecoms, technology and communications consultancy and analyst house.
Analysys Mason assessed customer satisfaction data from users of mail room solutions, gathered in May 2013 by independent market research provider Opinionway.
Based on this assessment, key findings included:
· Equipment is easily the most important factor for customers. Analysys Mason examined the correlation between overall customer satisfaction and a number of factors such as equipment, maintenance, value for money and so on. The five factors that are most closely related to overall satisfaction all involve equipment.
· Service factors are also important, particularly supplies and the relationship with the sales representative. The key factors for clients relate not only to equipment, but also to the service and support offered by a mail room solutions provider.
· Factors such as price are less important. Surprisingly, price does not rate as a crucial factor for customer satisfaction. This may be because the variations in other elements of service are more significant.
· Neopost consistently out-performs its rivals on the factors that are most important to clients. For those elements identified as the most important, Analysys Mason looked at how Neopost performed compared to a major competitor. For all of the main factors, Neopost gained a higher score than the other provider.
