The Geekbench benchmark has leaked the specs of the rumoured Blackberry “Ontario.” According to the results, the device will come packed with a quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM. Click on the links provided below to view the results.

The results were first seen by Crackberry. According to the site, “As you can see by looking at the results above, the device name is a bit familiar. It's listed as 'Ontario' and to go along with it, it appears to be running an early version of BlackBerry 10.3. As far as other specs that can be gleaned from the info, we're looking at it running a quad-core Snapdragon 800 and 2GB of RAM.”

However, it notes, “The 'Ontario' device is something we've been hearing about for a very long time now but with new management coming in, its place in the BlackBerry line-up has been questioned. There's still no telling if this device will ever see the light of day but if nothing else, it confirms someone in Waterloo is still testing it and 10.3 is being worked on.”
