The Cobbs Group – which owns a selection of hotels, cafés and bakeries across Scotland – has appointed Business Cost Consultants to manage their utilities.
The Cobbs Group owns two hotels in Inverness – The Loch Ness Country House Hotel and the Loch Ness Clansman Hotel – as well as the Royal Over-Seas League in Edinburgh. Aside from hotels they also operate a range of cafés across Scotland and a bakery in Inverness. Being a multi-site business can make organising energy contracts difficult and having sites which operate throughout all 24 hours can cause consumption control to be more of a challenge.
Business Cost Consultants will carry out a full audit on the company’s current energy, water and telecoms usage in order to identify any areas for potential savings. Following the audit, BCC will help to implement these suggestions and will also provide Cobbs with their billing management and dispute resolution services on an ongoing basis.
This appointment adds to the growing list of businesses in the food industry who are looking to reduce their utilities, and have appointed BCC to manage them. Already on the Business Cost Consultants client list are companies such as Trigon Snacks, James Fleming and Braehead Foods, as well hotel operators such as Maclay Inns, Apex Hotels and base2stay.For all news and press releases please see: http://www.businesscostconsultants.co.uk/who-we-are/company-news/
