Everton man charged with firearms and drugs offences following NWROCU warrants

Officers from the North West Regional Organised Crime Unit (NWROCU) have charged a man with firearms and drug offences following warrants carried out across Merseyside earlier this week.

31-year-old Marc Nathan Dermott from Conway Street in Everton was charged with the following offences: 
Two counts of possessing a firearm without a certificate
Possessing ammunition for a firearm without certificate
Conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drugs

Dermott has been remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court this morning, Wednesday 26 June.

Four men arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply Class A controlled drugs remain in custody for questioning.
