It seems HTC is planning to release a phablet version of its current flagship, the HTC One (find out more about the HTC One here), according to a leaked blueprint. The blueprint shows a 5-9-inch device called the HTC One Max.
The site responsible for the leak is Dutch site, MobiLeaks (visit site here). The site posted the photo of the blueprint after it was sent by an anonymous tipster.
Aside from the blueprint, the site also leaked the device’s specs. It is rumoured to sport a whopping 2.3GHz quad-core processor under the hood. This would mean that the device would be even more powerful than the 1.7GHz quad-core processor sitting under the hood of the HTC One.
Its display is also said to be significantly larger than the 4.7-inch screen of the HTC One. According to the report, HTC’s rumoured phablet will sport a 5.9-inch 1080p screen, with a pixel density of 373ppi. The HTC One’s 4.7-inch screen still offers more with a pixel density of 469ppi.
Other specs include BoomSound speakers, a 3300mAh battery, and an UltraPixel camera.
Will HTC launch the One Max? Sadly, we can’t say for certain, since the Taiwanese phone maker has not made any official announcements yet. So take this with a grain of salt.
