Rumours of a smaller version of the HTC One (see more about the HTC One here) called the HTC One mini (codenamed the HTC M4) have been making their rounds on the internet. Now, photos claiming to show the rumoured handset have surfaced.
Estonian blog Delfi (see the original story here) is responsible for the leak. The blog shows a number of photos of the HTC One Mini, with a few photos showing the handset right beside the HTC One. This gives us an idea on how much smaller the handset will be compared to its bigger version.
According to the blog, the HTC Mini will be available in Europe in the month of August. It also reveals that the handset will bear a price tag of £260. We believe, however, that it will be slightly more expensive once it is available in the UK.
The photos reveal that the HTC One Mini bears the same design as its bigger brother, including an aluminium body. It also shows that the phone sports a 4.3-inch touchscreen, smaller than the 4.7-inch touchscreen of the HTC One. The handset is said to have a dual-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM under the hood. Other rumoured specs include 16GB of storage and a 4-megapixel camera sporting UltraPixel tech. Like the HTC One, it is expected to be powered by Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean).
