HTC Sense 5.0 Rolls Out For the One Range

The HTC One smartphone has been an instant success and has put the company back on the map as a serious contender against the likes of Apple and Samsung. Of course, it follows suit with Sony and Nokia in being the ones to watch, and gives people a good choice of something a little different to choose from.

Coming soon is the HTC One S Sense 5.0 update which will see older handsets get upgraded. HTC has also been testing the Android 4.2.2 operating system on the One devices and although some people on older generation HTCs have found their phone to be stuck on Android 4.1.2 Ice Cream Sandwich, many of the newer phones have worked beautifully and now run the newest version. This means that the phone will work faster, probably have more battery life as updates are usually less power hungry, and be more intuitive and easier to use.

Despite a few technical issues, the Sense 5.0 has been a hit with those that have it and it looks promising for future updates. For those that are happy with their HTC One S or other device, it will give a new lease of life to their phone and make people stick with it for longer.
