Over the past few weeks, there have been lots of rumours surrounding the iPad 5 and iPad mini 2, and now we have some more secure details. While there are leaked images and talk of the new Apple devices, there are lots of naysayers from the firm denying those, but now, we have word that those predictions are becoming more and more true.
The Apple iPad 5 will be released in quarter 3 of this year and the iPad Mini 2 will be seen on our shelves in November. It makes perfect sense as the iPhone 5 did fantastically well on the run up to Christmas and the same looks set to be there again. With having more of a choice from Apple products it means people with more or less budget can snap up these fantastic devices as a gift or as a bonus to themselves before spending on others for the festive season. Apple times the launch of their products very well, compared to Samsung that seems to release a new device in the midst of summer when people are heading off on their expensive summer holidays.
It does look like the launch will be ‘announced’ for August for the iPad 5 but this usually means that it will be here in September. The iPad mini 2 will be closer to Xmas as it will be the ideal stocking filler for many people or as a gift to loved ones. Of course, these rumours need to be taken with a pinch of salt especially if there are factory or build problems, which can and have affected sales in the past, but as the prices drop for the latest editions out now it seems this is a very strong indicator that the new models are coming very soon.
