Originally, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is tipped to be announced at the IFA show in Berlin this September. However, it has recently been speculated that it may be unveiled sooner than this, at the upcoming Samsung Premier event in London, on June 20th. This event was first thought to be a showcase event for the Galaxy S4 Mini, but this was quietly announced by Samsung last week. As a result, several sources have suggested that the event may instead be used to unveil the Galaxy Note 3.

Phones Review has recently reported on further evidence that the Galaxy Note 3 may be announced sooner than first expected. The website reports that several networks and retailers in both the UK and the US have reduced the price of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Of course, this is commonplace for smartphones which are soon to be replaced by an updated model.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is fully expected to be among the most advanced offerings to date from Samsung. Key features which are rumoured for the device include a huge 6 inch display, octa-core processor and 13 megapixel camera and the Galaxy Note's trademark S-Pen stylus.
