Its operating system comes from the latest Android version Ice Cream Sandwich. The company made a report that the update has definitely landed on the Samsung Galaxy Note. This upgrade was originally slated for March, but was then delayed to sometime between April and June of this year.

The company left the people to expect any follow up reports regarding this plan. The ICS update has been officially tagged as the Premium Suite and they now include some of the latest apps specifically designed for the Samsung Galaxy Note. They supplied most of the Note’s stylus pen that lets users scribble on web pages, maps, or images. The My Story app allows users to make digital cards for their friends and families. The Video Everywhere plays a video recording in part of the screen while the users use the rest of the screen to keep busy with something else. Its multi-functionality gives people extra time to focus on the other things they need to do in their tablet.

The Samsung Galaxy Note in also integrated with 1.4 GHz Dual Core processor which users can enjoy PC-like performance in a smartphone at its finest. In the market, this handset battles it out against other smartphones and upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note XL. Both of them hitting the retailers at the same time and hailed as two of the best yet. However, people will most likely opt for a mobile phone contract that could keep the phone for the near future. Thus, it is important to make sure that customers will choose the right one. The screen sizes may also matter for some and between Samsung Galaxy Note XL and Samsung Galaxy Note (5.3”), the latter apparently wins this category. The visibility is better on the Galaxy Note but it is a bit tall for slipping out of the pocket. The Samsung Galaxy Note XL has a single-core processor whereas the Samsung Galaxy Note has a dual-core processor which means the latter can handle more jobs at the same time. Hence, it is perfect for those who use their smartphones to the fullest.

The best thing about Samsung Galaxy Note is that only a few mobile phone manufacturers can actually compete with the Super AMOLED touch screen. This would only suggest that having this latest PC-like device can make any user unique and empowered. The technology features 800 x 1200 resolutions as compared to other Samsung Galaxy Note XL with 480 x 800 resolutions. When it comes to operating system, both mobile phones feature the Gingerbread 2.3 OS but recently Samsung had announced that they will integrate the new Ice Cream Sandwich OS for upgrade. Overall, whatever the user’s needs are, both of these handsets are more capable of handling their daily activities like emails, web browsing, social media networking, among many others.
