On Samsung’s official Exynos Twitter account, the Korean tech giant is hinting that it will be lifting the lid on a new chip at CES 2014 this January. Are we finally going to see their 64-bit processor?
The tweet was first seen by SammyHub. According to the site, “As we gear up for the onslaught of Samsung news at the CES 2014 next week, Samsung Exynos’ official twitter account sent out a tweet teasing something related to Exynos processor. The tweet does not explicitly mention about a new Exynos SoC but the copy mentions “Flying even higher in 2014″.
“This could either be related to a 64-bit solution that Samsung confirmed last month or could be the activation of HMP solution. To be honest, the latter seems more plausible despite the fact that Samsung will miss the original December timeline but CES makes a good platform for such an announcement.”
