In a  rapidly changing market and economy, every business must make informed  decisions fast. Being adaptable and agile as you grow your data warehouse and  business intelligence environments is key to success and profitability in a  competitive environment. More and more organisations are joining the agile BI  movement—an emerging approach that enables the rapid delivery of information to  add real value to the business.

Discover  how agile can work for you and your organisation. This event offers full-day,  in-depth courses where you’ll discover the many practical ways agile can work  for the enterprise: from project management to test automation to data  modelling. These courses cover agile development for data warehousing and  methods for becoming more adaptive in data models, analytics, and more. You’ll  return to the office with ideas, strategies, techniques, and connections you  can put to use immediately to support your enterprise’s agile evolution.

Ken Collier, Ph.D., was one of the first to start  combining agile methods with data warehousing, business intelligence, and  analytics. These disciplines present a unique set of challenges to the  incremental/evolutionary style of agile development. Ken has successfully  adapted agile techniques to data warehousing and business intelligence to  create the agile analytics style. He continues to refine these ideas as a  technical lead and project manager on several agile BI/DW project teams. Ken  also frequently trains data warehousing and business intelligence teams in  agile analytics, giving him the opportunity to exercise this approach with  various technologies, team dynamics, and industry domains.
