Tech City getting 4G from EE

EE, the network that dishes out 4G data for devices such as the Apple iPhone 5 (check out Apple iPhone 5 here) or the Samsung Galaxy S4 (check out Samsung Galaxy S4 here), will be providing 4G data for business in Tech City.

EE announced (check out press release here), “Tech City has announced a partnership with EE, the UK’s most advanced digital communications company, with a joint ambition to drive interest, investment and innovation in London’s key Tech hub.

“With EE’s pioneering 4G network now installed across the capital, London has already surpassed New York City for mobile data speeds. This partnership will enable Tech City to become the best connected tech hub in the world, and the best place for new businesses to thrive.”

Tech City’s CEO and UK Business Ambassador for Digital Industries, Joanna Shields, said, “Double speed 4G will turn Europe’s Digital Capital into the World’s most connected tech hub.
