Over the past few months we have been hearing an increasing amount of speculation regarding the arrival of Microsoft's popular Office software on iOS powered handsets such as the iPhone 5.  The wait is finally over and the new software, named Office Mobile is now available from the iTunes App Store.

After what has seemed like an eternal wait the new Microsoft Office application for the iPhone 5 and other iOS handset has finally been released.  Microsoft have timed the release of this new software very well indeed as Apple are currently dominating mobile news thanks to the recent WWDC event where iOS 7 was unveiled.  Office Mobile will include all of the elements that we have become familiar with on its desktop format such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.  The new app is free of charge from the App Store although in order to use the service consumers will need to have an Office 365 subscription.  This should not prove too much of a problem as millions of consumers across the globe already subscribe in order to use the home version.  Microsoft have especially adapted the software so it can be used easily on the iPhone 5 display which measures 4 inches in size.  Read more on this great new iPhone5 app

The real attraction of the new Office Mobile App for iPhone 5 users is how this new mobile version links with other Office programmes that the consumer may be running on other devices such as home PC's and laptops.  A super example of this is how you can pick up reading a document from the same page where you finished on another device thanks to the integration with Skydrive.  An online connection is not always available as iPhone users move between various locations and Office Mobile also includes a handy offline editing mode which will automatically save changes to the cloud as soon as a viable connection can be established.   The package also includes an array of additional features to make reading, editing and creating documents more simple than ever before.  Visit our website for the best offers
